Warehouse Specialist I- First Shift - Now Hiring

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Specialist I, responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, transport, and delivery of products within our facility. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform both manual and automated tasks while demonstrating adaptability to fast-paced work demands. The position is full-time, requiring on-site presence from 10am to 7pm.

• Accurately perform tasks necessary for receipt, storage, transporting, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and delivery of products.
• Handle products that may be hazardous, temperature-sensitive, or of high value.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company attributes and values.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment, including forklifts and hand tools.
• Maintain the highest level of productivity and accuracy.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to complete assigned tasks.

• Fluent in English.
• High school diploma or GED to accurately complete basic math calculations and understand training documents.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-changing work demands.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, positive team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and general computer skills.
• Ability to comprehend and execute standard problem-solving skills.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more with assistance.

• Experience with RF scanners.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in an atmosphere range of 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).
• Pass medical screening and background checks.

The role is entirely on-site at our facility, which operates in a temperature-controlled environment ranging from 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Team members are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment and work a shift of 8 hours or more, standing, walking, bending, and climbing as needed. The work involves handling various materials and using equipment such as forklifts and hand tools.

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Bluff, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
