Blow Molder Operator

The Blow Molder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating blow molding machines to produce plastic containers or parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up Assemble components using hand tools and fasteners such as screws, bolts, clips, and rivets

• Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper feeding

• Run blow molding machines according to product specifications and production schedules

• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality production

•  Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production efficiency and product quality

• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts

• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform repairs as necessary

• Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure they meet customer specifications

• Keep accurate records of production output, downtime, and maintenance activities

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

•  Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

•  Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $12 per hour

• Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire
