Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring Journeyman Electricians for an active commercial construction project at UCSD.
Earn $80.34/hr Prevailing Wage while working on a high-profile jobsite.
IMPORTANT: This project is subject to California Skilled & Trained Workforce (STW) requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
- Pull wire and terminate conductors
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Assist with panel connections
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Follow all safety regulations and electrical codes
- Work efficiently in a commercial construction environment
Responsibilities:
- Active California Journeyman Electrician Card
- Graduate of a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program
- Must meet Skilled & Trained Workforce (STW) requirements
- Verifiable commercial electrical experience
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $80.34/hr (Prevailing Wage)
