Senior Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury | Brickell, Miami

A growing and well-established personal injury law firm located on Brickell Avenue in Miami is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced legal environment, takes ownership of their cases, and works well with both attorneys and clients.

The ideal candidate will have solid personal injury litigation experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be comfortable managing cases from inception through trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents
• Work closely with attorneys on litigation strategy, case management, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
• Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and ensure all filings are completed on time
• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with translation and interpretation as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a personal injury law firm
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of Florida litigation procedures, court filings, and discovery
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
