Behavior Technician

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team and implement effective treatment plans for clients in individual or group settings. The ideal candidate provides compassionate support, observes behavior carefully, collects accurate data, and collaborates with clients, families, and care teams to support treatment progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans in individual or group settings
• Observe client behavior and collect accurate treatment data
• Document treatment activities, observations, and client progress
• Prepare progress reports and letters for relevant parties
• Provide compassionate client support and build rapport
• Educate families and groups on treatment and prevention programs
• Collaborate with treatment teams and facilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionals

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in counseling, social work, behavioral services, or a related field
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral therapy
