Title: Supply Management Planner

Location: Davenport, IA / East Moline, IL / Milan, IL / Moline, IL

Duration: 24-month contract w/possible extension

Position Summary

The Supply Management Planner will manage the delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers across one or more locations. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the delivery process of purchased parts.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with both internal and external suppliers across one or more facilities.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding parts status, delays, and schedule adjustments.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for daily tracking, data entry, and operational tasks.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and material shortages.
• Travel locally between sites or to other locations as needed using a personal vehicle.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in typing and general computer operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a Business-related field, Supply Management, or Supply Chain.
• Open to recent college graduates.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP/MRP system.
