On-Site Service Assistant 

Machesney Park, IL 
Pay: $22.00/hr + Mileage Reimbursement 
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 

What's the Job? 

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions including VMI, vending machines, and storeroom programs. 

• Restock vending machines, inventory cabinets, and customer supply locations. 

• Receive, unpack, organize, and replenish products throughout customer facilities. 

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper min/max stock quantities. 

• Use Salesforce (SFDC) and routing software to document daily activities and inventory transactions. 

• Work directly with customer contacts to ensure inventory availability and satisfaction. 

• Support inventory optimization, product expansion opportunities, and replenishment activities. 

• Travel between nearby customer locations while following established routes and schedules. 

What's Needed? 

• Inventory management, warehouse, stocking, merchandising, vending machine, route service, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience. 

• Strong customer service and communication skills. 

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple inventory locations. 

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn Salesforce, inventory systems, and mobile applications. 

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including walking, bending, and standing throughout the day.
