What You'll Do
- Lead cabinet, countertop, and finish carpentry installations
- Ensure precision, quality, and exceptional craftsmanship
- Read blueprints, layouts, and measurements
- Troubleshoot installation challenges
- Mentor and guide other carpenters
- Work closely with Project Managers and Designers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite
- 10+ years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience
- Strong custom cabinetry and finish carpentry skills
- Leadership and problem-solving experience
- Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
