Job Description
Title: Research RN
Location: 550 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10017
Duration: 6 month contract
Hours: M - F, 10-3/4pm (25-30 hours a week)
PR: $50-$60 hourly
Must-Haves:
- 3 years of experience as an RN with active NY state license
- 2+ years' experience in Med-Surge, ICU, ER, or NICU
- Strong phlebotomy skills and immunization experience
- Great personality and critical thinking skills
- Open to human clinical trials environmen
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking a skilled RN to join a Vaccination Research Team in Manhattan with one of our largest healthcare clients. This clinical trials team utilizes human testing of products preapproval. Nursing responsibilities including handling all immunizations on test subjects as well as clinical documentation. The ideal candidate can handle a fast-paced, everchanging environment. We are looking someone with a great personality and excellent critical thinking skills. Someone with great bedside manner and has experience in med-sure, ICU or bedside roles. They must be comfortable with handling other responsibilities including patient recruitment, patient access, chart reviews, and blood draws.
