Scheduling Specialist - Bilingual, Local Contract - 26 weeks

Location: Stockton, CA

Minimum of 1 year of Patient Scheduling experience in healthcare required.

Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p, 6 months. Must be able to speak Spanish. When sourcing for Clinical, Allied, and Non-Clinical client clinic-facing roles, candidates must have reliable transportation.

-Excellent and accurate data entry skills and experience in multiple software platforms, including one year of experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).  -Minimum of one year of experience working in health care required. -Outstanding customer service orientation, especially in telephone and written communications.  - Problem-solving and persistence in the face of challenges.  -Excellent organizational and communication skills.  -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  -Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.  -Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.  -Commitment to unlocking the full potential of our most vulnerable seniors.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

-PACE setting experience is a plus.
