Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $22.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM & 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Location: Belding, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

• Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment to apply silicone and adhesives or route products
• Review daily production requirements to select the appropriate CNC programs and tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of CNC experience
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality

• CNC machine setup, programming, and operation
• Blueprint reading and quality inspection
• Use of height gauges, micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges
• Safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Familiarity with electrical panel saws and handling Plexiglas sheets
