• Day Shift, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

• Monday Friday

ReceptionistTasks & Duties

• Must have Receptionist experience

• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to appropriate staff member

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive

• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors

• Manage office supplies

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Customer service attitude

ReceptionistQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US
