What they're looking for:
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within transportation, trucking, logistics, driver staffing, or high-volume operations

Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate engagement skills
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys being proactive, developing sourcing strategies, tracking recruiting performance, and partnering closely with operations and leadership.
