QA Analyst

Job Summary/Company: Our client is looking for an experienced QA Analyst/Tester to join their team. You will be working on a new enterprise application, and the contract is expected to last around 6 months. Candidates must be willing to work in McLean VA and Bethesda MD (rotating weeks, 4 days a week onsite). Due to the nature of the work and a federal government requirement, only US citizens can be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed test plans and test scripts for CLM modules, workflows, templates, permissions, and integrations. 
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios aligned with program milestones. 
• Validate system outputs, including clauses, contract metadata, templates, approval routing, and workflow behavior, against business requirements. 
• Coordinate defect logging, triage, and retesting with functional SMEs, developers, and system integrators. 
• Validate data flowing into and out of CLM, ensuring alignment with mapping rules and upstream or downstream systems. 
• Conduct testing across multiple environments, including SIT, UAT, and Pre-Prod, and support readiness for go-live cutover.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in QA or testing supporting enterprise SaaS implementations
• 3+ years of experience testing complex COTS products in an enterprise setting
• 3+ years of experience creating clear defect reports and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive resolution
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr for test execution and defect tracking
• Experience using tools such as Playwright or Selenium for test automation, including designing or supporting automated regression scripts
• Experience executing SIT and UAT cycles and validating requirements traceability
• Bachelor’s degree
• US Citizenship

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $60.00 to $75.00
