Warehouse Specialist / Shipping & Receiving
Location: Elmwood, LA 70123
Schedule: M-F 1st shift
Hourly Rate: $18-$20 DOE per hour
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time

About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a motivated, dependable and self-driven Warehouse Specialist to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and paperwork processing in Elmwood, LA.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Pulling: Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately based on work orders and pick lists for production and dispatch.

Shipping & Receiving: Execute computer receiving processing, verify incoming shipments, prepare outgoing packages, handle shipping paperwork, and manage inventory movement.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to unload delivery trucks and transport equipment throughout the facility.

Systems & Data Entry: Process warehouse transactions in Microsoft Dynamics GP, update stock records in Microsoft Excel, and work with core enterprise software applications.

Documentation & Filing: Maintain precise daily paperwork, packing slips, bills of lading, and internal inventory tracking logs.

Warehouse & Outdoor Operations: Work comfortably in Warehouse for extended periods in varying weather conditions while maintaining an organized warehouse floor.

Multitasking & Coordination: Coordinate daily priority tasks, manage multiple inventory workflows simultaneously, and collaborate with operations and purchasing teams.

Required Qualifications

• Forklift certification or proven hands-on experience operating forklifts safely.
• Strong computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP software systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred).
• Demonstrated experience handling shipping, receiving, and inventory control paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and high multitasking capability.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Self-motivated proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn new procedures and software systems.
• Proven experience with order picking, pulling, and staging.
