Job Summary:-

We are seeking professional and licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Asian Bodywork Practitioners to join a professional and supportive team in Wisconsin. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a positive work environment with year-round demand for services.

Team members receive 53% of service revenue plus tips as employees, not independent contractors. Products, supplies, scheduling support, and on-site laundry are provided. Professionals have the flexibility to create their own schedules and manage their availability.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Perform patient assessments to determine the most appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.

• Administer various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.

• Provide pain management and relief for clients with acute or chronic conditions.

• Utilize knowledge of anatomy to target specific muscle groups and promote healing.

• Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of their massage therapy sessions.

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients.

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist and/or Esthetician.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and occupational health practices.

• Proficiency in performing patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Massage Therapist License, or Asian Bodywork Certificate, or Licensed Esthetician

• In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology related to massage therapy.

• Ability to adapt massage techniques based on patient needs and preferences.
