Manufacturing Process Engineer - Cable & Harness

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT to support cable and wire harness manufacturing within an aerospace and defense environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes being close to the production floor, working directly with technicians and solving real manufacturing problems.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required, engineering degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or engineering experience
• Cable and/or wire harness manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, technicians, and Operations

Nice to have:

• Aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
