Location: Rochester, NY -JT
Pay: Up to $48/hour
Department: High-Risk Breast Imaging

Job Summary

Seeking an MRI Technologist to perform breast MRI procedures for high-risk and newly diagnosed patients. Breast MRI experience is preferred but not required; training is available.

Responsibilities

• Explain MRI procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Place IVs and position patients for imaging.
• Perform breast MRI scans and assist with MRI-guided biopsies.
• Review patient histories and verify implanted device compatibility.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and technology issues.
• Collaborate with radiologists and provide excellent patient care.
  

Requirements

• Current state-required license.
• CPR certification.
• Breast MRI experience preferred; willing to train.
• Injection certification preferred; training available.
• Basic computer skills; EHR/PACS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
