Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.09–$24.29/hr on W2

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to assemble and reconfigure mobile devices into Personal Diabetes Managers (PDMs), prepare starter and controller kits, perform product testing, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, label, and package devices and components.
• Operate testing equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Perform inventory counts, data entry, and kitting activities.
• Identify quality issues and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing compliance standards.
• Support continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Comfortable with light assembly and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to distinguish red, green, and blue colors.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with regulated environments is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
