Application Engineer

Job Summary/Company: Our client is seeking a contract software application developer to assist with the final stages of getting a new enterprise application live. This project is expected to last about 6 months. It is for a senior-level resource who has experience with SaaS products, and is able to assist, troubleshoot, remediate, consult, etc. on custom COTS products. Due to the nature of the work and a federal government requirement, only US Citizens can be considered. Candidates must also be willing to work in both McLean VA and Bethesda MD (the work location rotates on a weekly basis), 4 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with configuring the Icertis GovCon module, including Contract types, metadata fields, and templates. 
• Form layouts workflows, approval logic, user role assignments, security groups clause libraries, business rules, compliance fields, and validation logic. 
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and configuration workshops. 
• Document configuration changes, decisions, and testing steps. 
• Support system testing (UAT), including test script execution and results logging. 
• Help maintain configuration consistency across environments such as DEV, UAT, and PROD

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Experience with business applications, workflow systems, SaaS platforms, or technical process-oriented work
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications and configuration concepts
• Ability to be organized and follow structured workflows
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Bachelor's degree
• US Citizenship

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $75.00 to $95.00
