Warehouse Manager

Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is currently sourcing for a Warehouse Manager for our customer in
the Norcross, Georgia area.   The Successful candidate will have the following:

Strong computer proficiency required:

 ERP systems, Excel, and inventory tracking software.

Ability to use Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables to track inventory, shortages, aging, and warehouse performance.

Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, BOMs, work orders, and detailed part numbers.

Understanding of inventory transactions, cycle counting, bin locations, FIFO, and material reconciliation.

Ability to manage wire and cable quantities by spool and footage and apply approved measuring or weighing procedures.

Basic math skills for quantity verification, measurements, and inventory calculations.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Warehouse management experience in defense, aerospace, cable assembly, wire harness, or other
precision manufacturing operations.

Experience with MISys Manufacturing or a similar manufacturing ERP system.

Experience managing BOM-based kitting and production staging.

Familiarity with wire and cable specifications, connectors, back shells, contacts, and related assembly components.

Experience verifying wire and cable footage through measurement or weight-based
calculations.

Experience with barcode scanners, labeling systems, and location-based inventory control.

Familiarity with lot traceability, certificates of conformance, and controlled inspection processes.

Demonstrated success reducing aging inventory, improving inventory accuracy, or increasing team productivity.
