Medical-Surgical RN - Day or Night Shift

Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. This opportunity is suitable for RNs who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospital environment and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Great Bend, Kansas

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts; 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

- Assess patients and monitor changes in their clinical conditions.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.

- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses.

- Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery.

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

- Active Kansas or Compact RN license.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- New graduates welcome.
