Looking for a kind, positive, and playful person to help care for two kids! I work from home and need help with homeschooling support for my son, after-school snacks, keeping the kids engaged, light housework, and getting dinner started. We value autonomy, independence, and a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Experience with autism and adhd is important. I’m looking for someone who leads with connection, flexibility, and play rather than enforcing rules or dictating what the kids do.
