About this job

I have a newborn baby and a very active 2-year-old. We are a family of 8, I had a c-section and cant move around well - I need help with my newborn and 2-year-old and getting my 5-year-old and 9 yr old off the bus and starting homework. Some mealprep for dinner would be appreciated.
