Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are seeking a full-time nanny to help care for our 3-month-old daughter. Applicants must be comfortable with both parents working from home. Mom works flexible hours so we are looking for someone to become part of the family and who is willing to cook and/or clean when Mom has time to spend with the baby. We are looking for someone who will engage our baby (and additional future children) in educational activities throughout the day. We would love if this person were also available for babysitting for the occasional date night.
