Assignment Details

• Shift: 6:00 PM– 6:30 AM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Meal Break: 30 minutes

About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions
• Perform routine clinical procedures such as catheter care, IV maintenance, and specimen collection
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising nursing staff or physicians
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active LPN or LVN license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
• Prior LPN/LVN experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
