Project Engineer

Aegis is partnering with a BILLION DOLLAR company looking to identify a *Project Engineer* to joint their growing manufacturing team and thought you could be a good fit !

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating existing equipment to make it smarter and more efficient
• Troubleshooting underperforming equipment while working with maintenance on the root cause
• Implementing & driving automation projects to find ways to reduce manual labor

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of high volume manufacturing experience focused on project, CAPEX, Industrial, CI, Process or manufacturing
• Experience with equipment upgrades, or manufacturing efficiency and cost savings projects related to labor, material, scrap, etc.
• Strong mechanical aptitude & not afraid to get their hands dirty
• Hands-on problem-solving experience – able to go out on the shop floor identify root causes
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly preferred
