Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and service-driven Bellman to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from rooms
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Support front desk operations and guest requests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
• Ensure a seamless and positive guest experience at all times

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to lift and transport luggage
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
