• Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses under the supervision of a physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and medication usage.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with medical standards.

• A completed Physician Assistant program with certification (PA-C).
• Licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain it).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and team members.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
