We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to support our client’s growing manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining steady production flow by bending, measuring, and preparing materials according to precise specifications. Position –Mechanical Assembly

Job Location –Appleton , WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp to hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$19 to $20/hr

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate pipe bending equipment to shape materials to required specifications.
• Blueprint & Drawing Reading: Read, interpret, and follow basic assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Precision Measurement: Accurately measure materials using tape measures and calipers.
• Assembly & Production Support: Perform basic mechanical assembly tasks to support overall production goals.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts and components to ensure exact quality standards and specifications are met.
• Workflow Management: Maintain a steady, efficient workflow to help the team reach daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and understand basic assembly drawings and technical instructions.
• Measurement Tools: Proficiency with reading and using tape measures and calipers accurately.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and tools.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on accuracy, quality, and precision.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Work Ethic: High reliability, steady attendance, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced production environment.
