Shift & Schedule: Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week | Variable Schedule

Pay Rate:
Local: $34–$38/hr
Traveler: $40–$44/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of LPN practice.

• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and resident responses.

• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly.

• Coordinate care with nursing staff and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain resident safety and follow clinical standards.

• Perform charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid for practice in North Dakota.

• Relevant nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.

• Ability to perform charge nurse responsibilities.

• IV certification status must be provided during candidate submission.
