IHCWV is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, for an X-Ray Technologist to join our Harrisville primary and urgent care team. Whether you're finishing a service commitment elsewhere or just starting your career, we'll work with you to make the move seamless — including buyout support toward existing service agreements for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do:

Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging supporting both primary and urgent care visits
Work closely with providers for fast, accurate diagnostics in an urgent care pace
Maintain radiation safety and HIPAA compliance
Maintain thorough knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately position patients and capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Implement aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection and ensure patient safety across all imaging modalities.
Collaborate with physicians to interpret images and contribute to diagnostic evaluations that guide treatment plans.
Document all procedures, including patient information, imaging details, and safety measures taken during each session.

What You Bring:

ARRT certification (or eligible) in Radiography
WV state licensure (or ability to obtain)
Comfort with urgent care pace — recent grads welcome, we'll help you grow
Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
Ability to implement radiation safety protocols diligently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
