Production Supervisor

Now hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing operation.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, leading a team of employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production operations
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational compliance
• Meet production goals and scheduling requirements
• Monitor performance, labor utilization, and efficiency
• Partner with maintenance, quality, inventory, and planning teams
• Drive process improvements and reduce downtime

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production systems preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
