Physician Assistant

• Conduct patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide routine primary care, preventive health services, and follow-up care.
• Evaluate and treat common sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions within the provider's scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality and continuity of care.

• Current and active New York State license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Board certification and applicable credentials required for the position.
• Experience in family medicine, primary care, or sports medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, professional, and high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
