Own test strategy, vendor coordination, defect triage facilitation, and release-readiness reporting for County SaaS/enterprise releases. Lead UAT support with County SMEs.

Must-have

• 7+ years QA/testing; 2+ years as Test Lead or equivalent
  
• Test strategy/plan authorship; requirements-to-test traceability
  
• Agile/Scrum; Jira (or similar) test/defect management
  
• Enterprise or SaaS implementation testing (public sector a plus)
  
• Strong written status reporting for PMs/sponsors
  
• US work authorization; available for CA-based County engagement
  

Nice-to-have

• Salesforce / SaaS config validation (flows, permission sets, Apex awareness)
  
• API testing (Postman/REST); SQL or SOQL data checks
  
• Accessibility (WCAG) and performance test coordination
  
• AI/LLM feature evaluation or responsible-AI testing
  
• ISTQB or equivalent certification
  

Location: California (Bay Area / San Mateo County preferred; remote/hybrid OK for as-needed County work).
