Assembler

Position Summary

Falls Filtration Technologies is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling filtration products and components according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable working with their hands, and able to maintain accuracy while meeting production goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble filtration products, parts, and components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and basic drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for assembly.
• Inspect materials and finished assemblies for defects, damage, or incorrect components.
• Verify that completed products meet quality and workmanship standards.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and report completed work.
• Identify and report material shortages, damaged parts, or production issues.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, quality personnel, and other production employees.
• Meet established production schedules while maintaining quality.
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and learn new assembly processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands for assembling and handling components.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials consistent with the position's established physical requirements.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
