Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Henry Rehab and Nursing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. We are looking for dependable nurses who value teamwork and are committed to providing compassionate care to our residents.

Compensation: $32.00-$39.42 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Offered pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.

As an LPN, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care according to established care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of your license.

• Observe and report changes in resident condition.

• Complete required nursing documentation.

• Work with the nursing team to maintain resident safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with residents and team members.
