What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate cable manufacturing equipment
• Monitor production and perform quality inspections
• Read blueprints and work instructions
• Conduct measurements and product testing
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues
• Support daily production and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For: Machine operation experience in manufacturing

Blueprint reading and measuring skills

Basic troubleshooting ability

Strong attention to quality and safety

Ability to lift, stand, and work in a production environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
