Companion Care Needed

The client is continent but requires transfer assistance to use the restroom, assistance with certain activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and evening bedtime routines. Standard of Care: The caregiver shall promote the client's independence while providing assistance as necessary, ensuring his safety, comfort, and dignity. All care shall be delivered with professionalism, patience, consistency, and respect for the client's individual needs and preferences.
