Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My grandma lives in new providence and I live 45 mins away now I cant help her all time and my mom works so she sometimes cant help either we just need someone to work once or twice a week taking her to the grocery store or wherever she wants to go for errands and appointments also just for someone to keep her company. She had a broken hip so she is on a walker. And please someone who speaks English she is hard of hearing. About the care needs: Someone younger thats compassionate and will listen and someone who is patient. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
