Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Toileting, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. responsibilities will be helping with bathing and toileting. include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. One day a week on Sundays, with the possibility of additional days. Approximately 9:00 AM-6:00 p.m. Every Sunday is ideal, but Im also open to someone who can help two Sundays per month. There may be opportunities for additional hours. We participate in NYS Medicaid CDPAP
