Nanny Needed

We're a Christian family in Springfield seeking a warm, dependable nanny who will build a loving, trusting relationship with our 22-month-old daughter. Our parenting approach centers on connection, responsiveness, and helping her feel safe and secure. We comfort her when she cries, offer closeness when she needs it, and guide her with patience and gentle, consistent boundaries. She is not sleep trained, so we need someone comfortable supporting naps with reassurance and comfort. We'd love to find someone with a calm, sweet disposition who genuinely enjoys toddlerhood--reading books together, singing songs, playing outside.
