We are seeking 1–2 detail-oriented Packaging Specialists to join our client’s team in Fox Lake, WI! We are actively hiring for two seasonal roles with the opportunity to transition into long-term positions based on performance and business needs:

Position –Packaging Specialist

Job Location –Fox Lake, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp to hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$17 to $18/hr

Required Experience –Prior packaging exp helpful

Responsibilities

• Carefully package, label, and prepare products to meet quality and safety standards.
• Inspect finished goods to ensure accurate portions, proper sealing, and clear labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment following food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate efficiently with the production team to meet daily packaging goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome ($17.00/hr); applicants with prior packaging or food industry experience start higher ($18.00/hr).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable work ethic, good attendance, and a positive team attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing, bending, and light lifting throughout the shift.
