Case Management Director

A rehabilitation hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is seeking a Case Management Director to join its leadership team! $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided!

Pay: $96,000 - $110,000 annually 

Case Management Director Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire leadership position

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Case Management department

Case Management Director Qualifications: 

• Active RN license strongly preferred; licensed Social Workers with medical case management experience will also be considered 
  
• Minimum of 3 years of hospital-based Case Management experience required 
  
• Experience with Utilization Review and Discharge Planning required
