Salesperson - Jamestown Honda

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team and help create an exceptional vehicle buying experience. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process with professionalism, product knowledge, and integrity. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional showroom experience
• Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and features
• Present product information clearly, accurately, and confidently
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, technology, and safety features
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships
• Assist customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activity
• Work collaboratively with finance, service, and management teams to support the customer experience
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership procedures
• Support dealership goals related to customer satisfaction and sales performance

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Ability to build trust and establish rapport with a wide range of customers
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to learn product details and present information effectively
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required
