Materials Control Clerk

To operate the truck/rail scales, notify the rail lines of car pick-ups and drop-offs, and process customer paperwork.

Provides administrative support for the company such as answering the phones, assisting visitors, new drivers, filing and document maintenance.

Supports paperwork incoming with metal scrap or created by operation, such as load tally, shipping invoice, and delivery notice.

Performs general office tasks, including data entry, business correspondence, and filing.

Check weight tickets coming with inbound scrap metal or created by scales.

Support flow of incoming and outgoing trucks and railcars.

Monitor Scales and Maintain Database.

Support with Inventory control function

Support Accounts Payable/Material Receiving functions in the form of entry and review.

MUST Have worked in a Manufacturing setting 

High school diploma or GED

Clean background history

Reliable transportation

Stable past work history

Medical/Dental/Vision
