Job Description
Rovira Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of approximately 120 residential properties throughout Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and keeping tenants, owners, vendors, and properties moving forward.
Compensation & Benefits:
$40,000-$50,000 annually based on experience
Full-time W2 employment
Mileage and toll reimbursement

Opportunity to manage a portfolio with significant autonomy
$45,000 - $55,000 base salary
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties, overseeing day-to-day operations
- Handle leasing activities, including listings, showings, applications, leases, and notices
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, technicians, and repairs from start to finish
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections with thorough documentation
- Maintain clear communication with owners and tenants regarding property needs, repairs, pricing, and issues
- Stay ahead of competing priorities, solve problems independently, and keep properties running smoothly
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on residential property management experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through
- Self-directed and comfortable managing a portfolio with minimal supervision
- Reliable vehicle, valid Florida driver's license, and willingness to spend significant time in the field
- Proficient with Buildium, PropertyMeld, RentEngine, HappyCo, Sentry, and Monday.com
