???? What You'll Do

Lead our service techs, Field Supervisors, and apprentices
Run morning meetings and hands-on trainings
Coach call by call — what went right, what we do better next time
Hold weekly one-on-one performance reviews
Make sure the team has the tools and resources to deliver a 5-star experience
Own customer concerns personally and turn upset customers into fans
Keep the fleet running and road-ready
Hand off sold projects to our Operations Manager for install
Develop the next generation of Calm Waters leaders
