Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician I plays a critical role in keeping our facility running smoothly. This position requires a detail-oriented, excellent communicator who can adapt to a flexible schedule. We are looking for a proactive team player who can interact effectively with upper management, staff, and diverse personalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of operation are well kept and free of debris
• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchen, and common work areas
• Clean and stock designated areas with required supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform minor repairs in the facility as needed
• Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs need to take place

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a commercial setting required.
• General knowledge of repair and maintenance of industrial machinery
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Ability to work well with limited supervision
