About who needs care: Parkinson's patient with current 24 hour care takers. 85% bed-bound with occasional use of recliner and walker. Needs bathroom assistance during overnight hours which involves transitioning from bed to standing position and assistance with bathroom process About the care needs: Calm and patient as this is a 78-year-old man who has lost most of his autonomy and needs help with basic activities.. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
